2022/2023 Membership Renewals Are Now Open!!

2022/2023 Membership renewals are now open!!

The easiest method of payment & renewal of your membership is online via the Surf Life Saving Australia Members Area portal located at members.sls.com.au/.  You can also pay education course fees and gym memberships through your member portal.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS ARE A TWO STEP PROCESS - YOU MUST RENEW AND PAY AT THE SAME TIME

Please note that if you are not renewing as a Family this season, one parent MUST still join/renew with their child in Nippers.

Existing Individual Members (one person renewing):

1.      Log onto your Members Area account: members.sls.com.au/.

2.      Look for the message on the Home Page about renewing your Individual membership (renewing for one person).

3.      If you do not see the message to renew your individual membership on the main page, select Memberships/Renewals, Payments & Transfers, click on “Renew” then follow the prompts to renew your membership for this season. 

4.      Ensure you click on the declaration boxes down the bottom of the page.  Add in your name as the parent/guardian if you are renewing for children under 18.

5.      Once you have submitted your membership, a new page will pop up showing your renewal has been successful & is pending approval.  

6.      You will then need to pay your fees.    In the “MAKE A PAYMENT” section, click on “MAKE PAYMENT” & follow the prompts.

7.      Your renewal will not be processed until the payment is made & received by the club. 

Existing members renewing for two or more members:

1.      Parent member to log into their own Members Area account: members.sls.com.au/.

2.      Look for the message on the Home Page about renewing your family group membership.

3.      If you do not see this message it can also be found under Memberships/Family/Renew. Tick the box against the name of each person you are renewing for.

4.      Ensure you tick the declaration boxes down the bottom of the page.  Add in your name as the parent/guardian for any children under 18.

5.      Once you have submitted your membership, a new page will pop up showing your renewal has been successful & is pending approval.  

6.      You will then need to pay your fees.    In the “MAKE A PAYMENT” section, click on “MAKE PAYMENT” & follow the prompts.

7.      If paying the $450 family membership, add the names in the description box of each person you are paying for.

8.      If paying individual membership fees, please create separate transactions (click on the “create separate transactions” link on the left hand side) ensuring you add in the name of each person in the description box.

9.      Your renewal will not be processed until the payment is made & received by the club. 

We remind members that if you are not financial, you will not be able to participate in Sunday activities, compete for the club, attend any training sessions or have access to club facilities including the gym.
