Club Structure

Cottesloe SLSC is a not-for-profit community service organisation. The Club is an incorporated body under the Associations Incorporation Act 1987. Our Constitution and By-laws are available online or from the administration office.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held during the month of July of each year to elect the officers for the ensuing year as provided for in Rule 8 and to receive the annual report and the audited financial statements for the past
financial year; and to transact any other such business which may be brought forward.

The Club has a Management Committee that meets monthly and is also served by a number of sub-committees, including Lifesaving, Development, Competition, Facilities, Social, Administration, History and Finance.
